Providing safety and hygiene with the economy of a roll dispenser

offers the unique combination of a plasticised tissue liner with the economy of a roll dispenser, all components having been specially designed for baby changing areas in the public environment.

- Liner

The liner material is a combination of white tissue paper bonded to a Polythene foil to give the ideal balance between water resistance for hygiene (minimising cross contamination risks) with the comfort of a conventional tissue surface for the baby.

Supplied in 50 metre rolls yielding approximately 130 x 38cms square sheets per roll.



- Dispenser

Designed to offer the following exclusive features:-

Safety

Complete absence of sharp or serrated edges.
End mouldings in a soft feel plastic with large radii to avoid the risk of accidental bruising when mounted above or adjacent to a changing table.All dispensers have a snap down feature on the lid protecting against the risk of contamination.


Hygiene

The dispenser is fully enclosed protecting the liner roll from contamination.

All components are shaped to be easily cleaned and are impervious to proprietary cleaners and sanitisers.


All materials are fully compliant with the EN71 part 3 Toxicity regulations.


Construction

The main housing is of extruded aluminium, powder coated to be complimentary with existing Baby Point products.

End mouldings are in a self coloured, soft finish Polyurethane, housing the assembly and liner support tube.

Case Study 2 : A Compact Bench Mounted Changing Table For Direct Bonding To Resin Worksurfaces

These compact units have been developed for the contract market that requires a low volume colour matched product for either mono-coloured work surfaces to any BS or RAL reference, or in Granulon resin as illustrated.




Ancillaries

As part of an overall provision of these facilities in the public environment, an efficient signage system is important to both direct customers and to reinforce the facility provider's message of customer care. To this end Baby Point offers a standard range of signs, printed on scratch resist Polyester for either surface or through glass applications.

TClothes Check
Clothes Check’ is a patented measuring scale for babies clothing up to 18 months or 86cm that enables accurate assessment of length and size, and can be applied to products WM/1 and BM/1.

TNappy Bin

Although Baby Point always recommend the use of an accredited Hygiene company for the maintenance of a baby changing facility as well as the collection and disposal of soiled nappies, a proprietary bin can be provided offering a robust construction with associated graphics and accepting standard clinical waste liners.
